Games with larger files can still be played from internal HDD.

The majority of PS3 Games can be stored and run from a FAT32 external HDD as not many games contain individual files that are over 4 GB.

I have never been able to get ISO to work on my Super Slim using HEN so I don't even bother anymore with it.

After that I use PKG if a GAMES Folder version is not available. Personally, my preference is GAMES Folder games because they can run from an external FAT32 drive. Not an easy question to answer as all 3 formats have advantages and disadvantages.
